2. Estimates and pricing
Any price discussed on the phone or online is an estimate until we inspect your door. We will tell you the price for the work before we begin, and the final scope and price are those you approve on site or in writing. "Same-day" and "emergency" service are offered when a technician is available and are not guaranteed. After-hours or emergency visits may carry additional charges, which we will tell you before dispatch.
3. Agreement to be contacted
By submitting a form or contacting us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request service at the address given, and you agree that we may call you at the number provided about your request.
3a. SMS / text message terms
- Program: Beni Group Garage Doors sends text messages related to your garage door service request — appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, estimates, invoices and follow-up.
- Opt-in: you opt in by checking the text-message consent box on our website form or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your service request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Safety notice — do not attempt DIY spring or cable repairs
Garage door springs, cables and related hardware are under high tension and can cause serious injury or property damage. Safety tips on this website are for general awareness only and are not instructions for doing repairs yourself. We are not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from repairs or adjustments attempted by you or anyone other than us.
5. Warranties
Any warranty on parts or labor for work we perform will be stated in writing on your estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on products are provided by the manufacturer. Except for those written warranties, this website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beni Group Garage Doors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability relating to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including Wisconsin consumer protection law, or limits your rights under a written service agreement.

Customer reviews published on this site come from real customers; we do not write reviews ourselves or pay for positive reviews. All website text, design and logos are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
